Chair Yoga is an excellent class if you are recovering from surgery or trying to build strength to prepare for the mat. It is slow-paced but you can make the class what you want.
Gentle yoga is a slower-paced, less intense form of yoga. In gentle yoga, we bring awareness to our alignment and breath, allowing us to relax.
Gentle Fit is a slower-paced, moderately intense yoga session. In this gentle fit session, we bring awareness to mind & soul through body-strengthening yoga poses.
For all levels! No experience is required.
A gentle yoga flow that targets the whole body. I always encourage MPM family members to listen to their bodies throughout the session. We end each session with final relaxation for approximately 8 - 10 minutes.
It targets our connective tissues - ligaments, joints, bones, and facia. Poses are held longer and may include props.
This session starts with 40 minutes of gentle yoga; a slower-paced, less intense form of yoga. We end the session with 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
