Chair Yoga is an excellent class if you are recovering from surgery or trying to build strength to prepare for the mat. It is slow-paced but you can make the class what you want.

Yinergy is a profoundly restorative session that blends the meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the gentle healing energy of Reiki. Yin involves long-held, passive poses that target the body's connective tissues, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and inner stillness.
This session starts with 40 minutes of gentle yoga; a slower-paced, less intense form of yoga. We end the session with 20 minutes of meditations.
