Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation with our Release & Renewal Mini Retreat. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of nature, this half-day retreat is designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalized.  

Crystal Grid Workshop:  A crystal grid workshop is a hands-on, interactive event where you'll learn about the principles and techniques of creating crystal grids for various purposes, such as healing, meditation, or manifesting intentions. During the workshop, you'll be introduced to the properties and energies of different crystals and how to select them based on their goals. We'll guide you through the process of designing and arranging a crystal grid, on a sacred geometry pattern, to enhance the flow of energy. The workshop will include practical demonstrations, guided meditations, and an opportunity for you to create your own personalized grids, fostering a deeper connection with the crystals and their intended purpose. 

Nature Meditation Walk: Immerse yourself in our retreat space's natural splendor with a guided meditation walk. Connect deeply with the earth beneath your feet, the beautiful sky, and the harmonious songs of birds, as you cultivate a sense of mindfulness and presence.

Sound Journey: Allow the soothing vibrations of sound to wash over you during our transformative sound journey experience. Through the harmonious resonance of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other sacred instruments, you'll release tension, balance your energy centers, and enter a state of deep relaxation.

Group Reiki: Experience the healing power of Reiki in a supportive group setting. Your favorite  Reiki Aunties will facilitate a collective energy healing session, allowing you to receive and share the profound benefits of this ancient healing modality with fellow retreat participants.

Journaling: Engage in reflective journaling exercises to deepen your understanding of self and uncover insights gained throughout the retreat. Set intentions, express gratitude, and capture moments of inspiration as you cultivate a deeper connection with your inner wisdom.

Lunch: Nourish your body with a delicious and wholesome lunch. Take delight in the flavors and textures of nourishing foods that support your well-being and enhance your overall vitality.

Reflection: Conclude your retreat journey with a guided reflection session, offering you the opportunity to integrate your experiences and insights. Embrace a sense of gratitude for the restorative practices and connections forged during our time together.

Our focus for this retreat is whole-body wellness. You'll experience Meditation, Five Element Acupuncture, and Sound Healing. As we close our session, we will gather to journal and share our experiences. 

Five Element Acupuncture is a style or approach to acupuncture that is based on the ancient Chinese philosophy of the Five Elements or Five Phases. It is rooted in the belief that five fundamental elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—correspond to specific energetic qualities.  In Five Element Acupuncture, the practitioner aims to identify and address imbalances or blockages in the flow of energy (Qi) within the individual's body and restore harmony and health. It is believed that each person has a dominant element that influences their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The goal of treatment is to restore balance among the elements and their associated meridians, which are energy pathways in the body. 

After the ear seeds are applied, the sound bath session will begin. You will be guided relax and lie down comfortably, and the sound healer will use singing bowls to create soothing sounds and vibrations. The sound waves produced by the bowls are believed to help induce a deep state of relaxation, release tension, and balance your energy.

This retreat is for women who are looking to reconnect with nature. Located in Deep Creek, Maryland, this is an excellent opportunity for folks in the DMV area to enjoy a vacation in a staycation way. Join us for a weekend of reconnecting in nature. We will offer activities, but you don't have to join us if you aren't feeling it. 

What this is NOT: party time, weekend workshop, or a working vacation. 

We ask that you remove yourself from electronics for the weekend. 

About the house: 

The Main Level includes one main room with a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Dining room, kitchen, and a large living room

The Lower Level includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bathroom, and a large family area with games 

Outside: Grill, fire pit, hot tub, and large outdoor deck
