REIKI
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. In a typical Reiki session, the practitioner places their hands lightly on or near the recipient's body, with the intention of channeling the universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. The recipient remains fully clothed and can either sit or lie down. Reiki is based on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, but sometimes the energy flow can become blocked or disrupted, leading to physical or emotional imbalances. Reiki aims to restore the natural flow of energy and help the body's healing mechanisms function more effectively.

Reiki is energy work, and I firmly believe that the client and practitioner should connect before the session. If this is our first Reiki session, we will meet for a 15-minute free video consultation before scheduling a session.
