A program for those ready to bring clarity, peace, and purpose to their lives. This program was designed to give you a better understanding of self-care in a practical setting. Each self-care series is 2-4 weeks in length. You can attend all or some.

January 20 - February 10
In this 4-week module, you'll learn about the history of meditation, the science behind it and some of the benefits. Learn 5 techniques for personal use. With self-work guidance each week, you can practice until you find a method that feels right for you. Join us as we learn how meditation can change our lives, one breath at a time.
February 17 - February 24
This 2-week module will discuss the common misconceptions behind spirituality vs. religion. This module is designed to give you a better understanding of spirituality.
March 3 - March 24
Are you curious about energy & chakras? Have you noticed that some days you're a little different? Have you noticed the same in others? Join us as we learn about energy, chakras, and a few tools to help us balance ourselves energetically.

Are you curious about elements? Have you heard people speak about earth, air, water, and fire, and wondered what they are referring to in the energy world? In this 4-week series, we'll take a dive into the tools we can use for protection. Each lesson will be explained by elements. No prior knowledge is required. We will learn together. I look forward to sharing space with you.
