12-months OF SELF CARE
A program for those ready to bring clarity, peace, and purpose to their lives. This program was designed to give you a better understanding of self-care in a practical setting. Each self-care module is 2-4 weeks in length. You can attend all or some. We'll meet virtually every other Friday, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm EST. Each session is recorded for those unable to attend.
